Joe Dana
I have been working at Ti-SALES since the year 2000. I started as an inside sales and customer service representative, and I worked in that role for several years before taking on the role of Municipal Bid Manager. Over the years my responsibilities have grown to also include coordinating maintenance contracts for Meter Reading Equipment and Software for all of our Neptune customers. I also run the Meter Reading Equipment Loaner Program which ensures that all of our customers can continue reading their meters if they have an issue with their any of their equipment.
In 2014 I was promoted to Purchasing and Inventory Manager. I am responsible for ensuring that Ti-SALES has an inventory level that allows us to ship most orders the same day we receive them. Our customers commonly have the product the very next day.
I am an avid fan of all New England Sports teams as well as a NASCAR fan. I also enjoy many outdoor activities including fishing, snowboarding and snowmobiling. I also like hiking and camping with Kristen, my wife of over 16 years, my daughter Olivia, and my son Nolan. I spend many days at the soccer field watching Nolan who plays club soccer year round.
