At Ti-SALES, I fulfill orders, assist customers and perform whatever duties as needed as a part of the warehouse team.
My early experiences have been in the distribution and warehousing sectors. And later, in manufacturing where I managed inventory control, and shipping and receiving in the medical device and aerospace industry.
Outside of work, my family and I enjoy amusement parks, camping, movies and cultural/community events.
In my role as a system support specialist I provide assistance with both the hardware and software aspects of your metering system. This includes diagnosing metering devices such as handhelds, MRXs and belt clip receivers. I also work with your billing provider to make their data files compatible with our metering software. If you have any questions about your day-to-day operations just let me know. I strive to make your next billing cycle as smooth as possible!
In my spare time I enjoy skiing and traveling; I love to get away for a week in the mountains and relax. At the end of a long day I also enjoy cooking a nice meal and watching a movie.
As a member of the Inside Sales team, I work to deliver exceptional service for our customers. My role allows me to provide customers with a fast and efficient experience. Working for a municipality prior to Ti-SALES, gave me years of industry knowledge to help with any problem our customers might have. In addition to Inside Sales, I am also involved in our Chemical Feed Pump repairs. When I’m not working you can find me golfing, being outdoors and traveling with my wife.
As a member of the Accounting team at Ti-Sales, my responsibilities range from assisting with billing, to general ledger accounting, and anything else that needs to be done to better serve and support our customers.
In my free time I love to watch and play sports. My favorites to play are basketball and golf! There is nothing better than going to play a round of golf on a beautiful day! I am a huge Celtics and Patriots fan as well. Sundays in the Fall are the best because I am able to relax and watch football all day long. Other than sports, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and also enjoy traveling as well.
I’ve always had a passion for all things around water. From collegiate years studying groundwater hydrology, marine biology and soil dynamics to working on stormwater quality and fishery habitats. My 20 year career in construction has also been extremely rewarding – I enjoy overcoming challenges with my clients. This has led me to the perfect home at Ti-SALES, where I get to combine my passion for delivering clean water and my expertise in problem-solving. It is my pleasure to work with municipalities and agencies in my home state of CT (while also covering western MA). I pride myself in being professional and easy to work with.
I live in Somers, CT with my wife and twin boys. Away from work I love to enjoy the outdoors with my family and fish, camp and hike (when I’m not coaching my sons’ sports teams).
As part of the Warehouse team I pick, pack, and ship many orders throughout the day. I also help customers as they come in throughout the day by helping them to decide what they need and creating their orders. I take great pride in my work and aspire to give our customers the very best service. I have been in the warehouse field for since 2014 and have enjoyed every step of it. I look forward to continuing my growth alongside the Ti-SALES team!
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and our son, indulging in sports, and playing video games.
I’m Marty Mazzella, the President and Owner of Ti-SALES. I was the New York Sales Manager and Director of Business Development for Ti-SALES between 2002 and 2007. I left Ti-SALES to work for a large international water and wastewater company; while it was a great experience working for a large company, Ti-SALES will always be home and I was glad to return as President & Owner.
I began my waterworks career in 1988 as a sales representative in Upstate New York for Neptune Water Meter Company, now known as Neptune Technology Group. I held a number of different positions with Neptune up until 2002 and enjoyed the challenge of helping customers adopt new technologies to improve their metering and meter reading systems – it’s a challenge I enjoy just as much at Ti-SALES! I also enjoy planning a strategy and working with others to execute it so the solution benefits our customers, our suppliers, and our employees. The best part of being in the water business is helping other water professionals solve problems and work smarter.
I’m an avid golfer and enjoy all aspects of golf. When I can’t golf, I enjoy skiing, being a handyman around the house, traveling, (Italy is my favorite!), and watching sports, especially the Boston Red Sox, Syracuse Orange basketball, and Buffalo Bills. (What can I say…..I grew up in New York.)
I am the second oldest of 9 children. I live with my partner of over 20 years, Harriet Simons, and have one son, Matthew, who lives in Scottsdale, AZ. Coincidentally, Matthew was born on my 30th birthday.
As Vice President, I work with all of our staff to provide solutions to our existing and potential customers. I’ve been involved in the waterworks business since I was a teenager and began my full-time career as a waterworks professional in 1999 with responsibilities in outside sales, sales management, credit management, and general management.
I have served on the Board of Directors for NEWWA for six years and UCANE for two years. In 2009 I received the Kenneth O. Hodgson Distinguished Service Award from NEWWA.
Over the years I’ve played multiple sports, ranging from golf to baseball and soccer. However, I learned the most from wrestling – where your individual, one-on-one performance impacts the entire team’s results. I can’t think of any other experience growing up that had more of an impact on how I approach my personal and professional life.
My son is the most important to me and I love being a father. We enjoy playing golf together or watching the latest Marvel or Star Wars media.
As the Vice President of Finance & IT for Ti-SALES it is my responsibility to make sure that the numbers of the company are timely and accurate as millions of dollars of product are coming into our warehouse and then being shipped to our customers. Our customers are our first priority and I really enjoy seeing how numbers can help us improve our customer service.
Prior to coming to Ti-SALES, I had worked in a variety of organizations including a public accounting firm, a candy distributor, a travel company and a nail salon chain.
In my personal life I am very passionate about sports and love skiing & playing soccer as well as traveling, but the thing I love most is my family. My wife Alanna and I met at Northeastern University and we’ve been married since 2011 and have 2 wonderful children, Ayla who was born in 2012 and Jack, born in 2015.
I am a Ti-SALES Director of Sales, UMass graduate, and central MA native. My role at Ti-SALES is to assist and educate customers in Worcester, Middlesex, Norfolk, and Essex counties. It’s a daily goal to help my customers find solutions to their needs in an accurate, timely, and friendly fashion, while learning something new about our industry every day. On the weekends you will find me spending time with my lovely wife and children, riding motorcycles, golfing, skiing, and enjoying the outdoors in its respective seasons.
I grew up digging in the dirt on the family farm in Hilton, NY and then went into business as a paving and excavation contractor for 20 years. When supporting my kids through school and sports made life too busy to run my own company, I moved to waterworks in 2003 and focused on contractor sales. I’m excited to now be servicing municipal customers and working with automatic metering systems as the Ti-SALES Territory Manager for western New York.
In my free time I love the outdoors and watching both my children play sports at the college level. I spend time hunting and fishing and maintaining my home and I also like hot rods and four wheeling. I look forward to building my territory, developing new relationships, and making sure my customers receive the best and fastest service in the industry.

I’ve been a Territory Manager for Ti-SALES since 2002 and have been taking care of the great state of Maine, a slice of New Hampshire, and the North Shore of Massachusetts. Mostly, it’s been a great experience, except of course when I travel Route 128 – wow, it’s good to go home after that. My responsibilities include taking care of you, the customer, to help you with your water and wastewater needs, to explain the different products Ti-SALES offers, and to bring the value in our company to you. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors – skiing, hiking and hanging out with my family.

I have been in the water works industry for 25 years. As a Ti-SALES territory manager I service the greater Boston area and southeastern Massachusetts, including the Cape and the islands, as well as the state of Rhode Island. I’m also an active participant in the MWWA, PCWWA, BCWUA, and RIWWA.
As the territory manager for Central Mass and Eastern Connecticut, I look forward to serving our Ti-Sales customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. Although I am new to the water/wastewater industry, I have been in the business of servicing customers for over twenty years as an outside salesperson for a building materials company. I am very confident our team at Ti-Sales, along with some guidance from our great customers, can get the right product for the job.
When not working, if I get a little time to myself, I usually spend it either doing yardwork, fishing, playing guitar, riding my motorcycle, or flying airplanes. Usually yardwork!
I am the Territory Manager for the areas of New Hampshire and Vermont. It is my job to maintain, develop, and expand our customer base. We not only sell product, but we also educate our customers on the many excellent product lines we carry. Our goal is to help the customer in any way possible.
Having been in the industry for almost 30 years, I have developed many customers and friends who have helped me enormously. It has always been my goal to take whatever I can learn about the industry and pass it onto others. I have done a significant amount of training over the years in all aspects of the water/wastewater industry and have truly enjoyed the different organizations and their members in this aspect. In this industry every customer has different needs and having all of the experience and knowledge of the employees at Ti-SALES is a resource that helps all of us out, whenever we need it. I have been honored to serve the industry as a past president of both GMWEA and NEWWA and appreciate all the support from everyone throughout New England.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, skiing, and riding my Harley (of course). Who knows, you may see me riding it on the road, making sales calls!
As an Associate Territory Manager, I work side-by-side with Dave Harris to support Ti-SALES’s Vermont and New Hampshire customers. I love being able to help our customers overcome their challenges in any way possible.
I’ve been working in the water industry since 2015, and I joined Ti-SALES in 2020. Before that, I was involved in providing plasma, water jet, and laser cutting solutions to some great manufacturing customers.
When I’m not traveling all over New Hampshire and Vermont helping our customers, I love to spend time with my family. I’m also a big sports fan!
As a Ti-Sales territory manager I cover the eastern part of NY, from Clinton to Orange County, and over to Herkimer County. During my travels, I promote all of the products and services Ti-SALES is so well known for. I enjoy looking for new and exciting opportunities to help my customers in the villages, towns and cities I visit.
Prior to beginning my career with Ti-Sales in 2016, I was a sales representative for heavy equipment in the Southern Tier of NY. Before that, I spent most of my life on my families’ dairy farms located near the Tughill Plateau. I reside in the Town of Lee with my wife, Abbie, and our dog, a 10 pound Yorkie named Diesel. On my days off you can find me taking part in all of the Upstate NY seasonal activities, from snowmobiling to golf, to relaxing by camp fires on the weekends.

A little bit about me that you may not know: I’m losing my hair and have a wonderful wife (Heidi) and son (Ethan). I enjoy sports cars, motorcycles, fishing, hunting, skiing, camping, and knocking out my honey-do-list to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. Now and then, I’ve also been known to play a little music.
I’m a territory manager covering Central New York. I started with Ti-SALES in 2002 when the company entered the NY market to represent the Neptune meter line along with all of our other product offerings. On a daily basis, I can be found driving to and from the various city, town, and village water departments I serve to see if there is anything Ti-SALES can help them with. Neptune meters are my specialty. I enjoy seeing customers’ reactions when they implement a meter reading system and witness firsthand the ease and efficiency of its operation. I am a former semi-pro football player and enjoy working out, and more importantly, eating food. One of the perks of being a territory manager is the wide variety of restaurants and diners that I get to frequent across my vast sales territory. I am a native of Portsmouth, NH and enjoy the great New England outdoors with a special passion for salmon fishing on Lake Winnipesaukee.
As a Systems Support Implementer I have the pleasure of working with our customers every day! I divide my time between onsite visits and remote telephone support. Teaching your staff how to best use our software and working with your meter readers to ensure they are comfortable using our meter reading equipment are just a few of my daily activities. I have been a member of the Ti-SALES family since 2014 and my territory covers NY state along with portions of VT, CT and MA.
In my free time I enjoy camping and boating – although the summer season in NY is way too short! I am the proud mom of three grown children and Oma to three amazing grandchildren – and I am also a dog mom to three crazy Yorkies.
I started in the waterworks business 14 years ago as part time help in the Ti-Sales warehouse. After some time in the Midwest working for a Neptune distributor, I returned to Ti-Sales in February 2016. As a service manager it is my responsibility to make sure that each Ti-Sales meter customer has a positive experience. I am the project manager for AMR & AMI projects, coordinating pre-implementation communications between Neptune, Ti-Sales, and the Utility. I also support and maintain fixed network data collectors, gateway units, and mobile equipment in the field. I am able to split time in the office working with our inside team and I enjoy being out in the field working onsite with our customers. I am an avid sport fisherman in the summer and in the winter you can find me snowboarding and teaching people how to ride the mountain.
I have been working for Ti-SALES since 1984. I am the contractor sales manager, customer service manager, and an inside sales representative. I also help to train new employees and educate all of our people about the vast array of waterworks products we offer. When I am done ensuring everyone is happy, I like to go fishing, work on classic cars, and enjoy the great outdoors.
I am your inside sales representative. My focus is providing excellent customer service to our valued customers to ensure their customer experience is as easy and convenient as possible. I get the most joy when I help customers to solve their problems.
