Prevent reverse flows and prevent slamming, control system pressure, remove excess air, and also have a rugged, reliable valve in your system.

Silent Check Valve

We’re pleased to offer wafer and globe style silent check valves from Val-Matic. These valves are designed with a heavy duty spring and short linear stroke so they close quietly and quickly to prevent water hammer. They can also be installed horizontally or vertically as orientation has no affect on the operation of the valve. Wafer style valves are available 2″ – 10″ and globe style valves in 2-1/2″ – 42″.

Surgebuster Check Valve

Val-Matic’s Surgebuster check valve is ideal in a variety of applications and industries. The design ensures a short and rapid but non-slamming closing action and a backflow actuator and limit switch ensure accurate control.

Swing-Flex Check Valve

The Swing-Flex from Val-Matic is so versatile because it’s so simple and easy to maintain with only one moving part, and the design couples low headloss with a non-slam closure. Add backflow actuation, mechanical indicator, and limit switch and you’ve got the control and dependability of the Swing-Flex.

AVK Series 41 Swing Check Valve

AVK’s swing check valve is designed to be easier to maintain than swing checks you’re used to. With very few parts and a disc that can be removed and cleaned as one unit, this valve is designed for easy use and minimal down time. The valve opens completely for a totally unobstructed waterway. Available with lever and weight, lever and spring, or dual lever and weight.

Pressure Regulating Valves

Cla-Val’s 50-01/650-01 Pressure Relief Valve is designed to supply a constant upstream pressure through the pilot control and hydraulic gauges, while also protecting against pressure surges. The 90-01/690-01 Pressure Reducing Valve supplies a constant reduction in downstream pressure to a predetermined level, regardless of inlet flow or pressure fluctuations.

Air Release Valves

It is common for small pockets of air to get trapped in pressurized water lines and unless degassed with an air release valve, these pockets can move, merge, grow, and behave unexpectedly, causing flow problems or even water hammer events. Installing air release valves at higher points in a line can keep things flowing smoothly and keep air pockets out of your distribution system.

Air Vacuum Valve

Air vacuum valves are capable of intaking and expelling large volumes of air when needed, in order to help maintain system pressure and prevent vacuum situations in a line. Air vacuum valves work much the same as air release valves but are designed to operate at system start up to handle larger volumes of excess air.
