In my role as the Manager of Support & Technology Services I provide assistance with both the hardware and software aspects of your metering system. This includes diagnosing metering devices such as handhelds, MRXs and belt clip receivers. I also work with your billing provider to make their data files compatible with our metering software. If you have any questions about your day-to-day operations just let me know. I strive to make your next billing cycle as smooth as possible!
In my spare time I enjoy skiing and traveling; I love to get away for a week in the mountains and relax. At the end of a long day I also enjoy cooking a nice meal and watching a movie.
