As a System Support Specialist, I assist with the day-to-day maintenance, operation, and implementation of AMR and AMI meter reading solutions. I spend time monitoring and supporting our fixed network data collectors, gateways, and mobile reading equipment. I work together with our outside team to ensure that the customer has all that they need to capture their meter readings in a timely and efficient manner. I split time in the office and on site with customers depending on what the job calls for.
I attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst which provided me a great base for my position. I look forward to getting the chance to work with all our great customers across New England and New York!
When I’m not working, I like to listen to music, spend time with my friends, and play video games.
